participate in our programs and long-term care communities is at the core, we express our appreciation
for your responsiveness and collaborative partnering to support Parker’s standards. Your
professionalism, quality of service, and knowledge base has proven beneficial, as has your flexible
responsiveness to our organization’s needs.
Under your leadership EnviroClean has supported us by performing the deep cleaning necessary to
operate safely, as well as detailing various floor surfaces to extend their life and attractiveness. To
date, your services were efficiently completed following construction of the Phase 2 new addition’s
post-Acute and long-term care residence (well over 77,000SF). As this is a multi-phase Project,
anticipated to continue through 2023, thank you for working with us to plan the cleaning, post
renovations, of the remaining phases (49,000SF), and other related services that will help us to set up
the new spaces.

Additionally, Paul Vlecides, Parker’s Administrator of Home and Community Based Services, with
whom I have been supporting in his opening of a new Adult Day Health Services program conveys that
your company has been providing off-hours cleaning services for Parker at Monroe’s Adult Day Center.
He has now contracted with you to mirror the same in the new programs and looking at including other
locations as well. Maintaining a high standard of environmental cleanliness is vital in these medical
settings.
