They were first hired to service our Haworth Water Treatment facility and have since added (7) additional facilities. Mitch

I am writing this letter to recommend the services of EnviroClean Building Services. I’ve worked
personally with Mitchell and the team since 2015.
He and his staff are professional, punctual, thorough,
and I would recommend them to anyone interested in cleaning services.
EnviroClean currently service our three buildings in Metuchen NJ. One of the buildings is a
laboratory setting. They are always careful and take the appropriate precautions to not disturb
the laboratories, but also provide exceptional cleaning that I’ve come to expect from the team.
One other building is an office/admin setting and the other is machine-shop setting. The team
always does a phenomenal job at meeting and exceeding our expectations.
The team is always willing and able to go above and beyond our normal asks. During the COVID
pandemic, I had asked the team to do scheduled “deep-cleanings” of all the facilities, which
included additional areas of the buildings. We’ve unfortunately (like most) had some COVID
related outbreaks at work, and the EnviroClean team was there same day to help us with deep
cleaning the affected areas.
Over the years, we’ve also used EnviroClean to help with grinding concrete flooring to remove
excess/leftover tile glue, grinding/polishing/waxing of laboratory and hallway floors, among
other larger jobs. All of which were done to the job scope.
In our 7+ years of doing business, I’ve never been anything but satisfied with the service,
commitment, and professionalism I’ve come to expect from the EnviroClean team. I confidently
recommend them for your office cleaning and “outside-of-the-box” cleanings jobs. Please feel

EnviroClean has been providing cleaning services to our division since 2017. We are a large hematology/oncology medical practice with multiple locations. They do daily cleaning services at my three locations in Freehold, Toms River, and Holmdel nightly. In addition, they do quarterly maintenance as needed. Mitch Brown and his team are a delight to work with. Mitch is always available and quick to respond. Whenever there has been an issue or a question, Mitch is reachable and always addresses our concern. Supplies are restocked appropriately and never run out. Mitch keeps us abreast of things his team communicates to him as well.
